Finca of 30 ha made up of thousands of Teak and Melina trees (equivalent to pine wood).
We don’t have exact information on the number of trees because even the owner doesn’t have the slightest idea but the finca is literally filled with trees between 6 and 12 years old more or less very well maintained.

No tenemos información exacta del número de árboles porque ni el propietario tiene la menor idea pero la finca está literalmente llena de árboles de entre 6 y 12 años más o menos muy bien cuidados.
Caminos internos a lo largo de la finca que permiten el acceso de camiones para sacar la madera.
La electricidad no llega a la zona, ni el agua corriente.
Por otro lado, la propiedad resguarda un hermoso manantial (allí vivió una familia hace mucho tiempo. Restos de una casa.)
El río Juan de León corre por todo el fondo de la propiedad.
También hay un gran arroyo en la entrada derecha de la tierra que corre a lo largo de la línea de propiedad.
Posibilidad de construir su casa en una pequeña colina a la entrada de la finca desde donde tendrá una vista muy hermosa de las pequeñas montañas circundantes.
Hoy es muy fácil vivir gracias a un sistema solar que permite tener toda la electricidad necesaria para una vida absolutamente normal.

Estamos a 30 min de Jicaral ya 35 min de Playa Coyote, una playa muy hermosa en la costa del Pacífico.
Es una finca que se vende a un precio ridículamente bajo para sus calidades porque si tiene un valor enorme en madera, se puede vivir bastante allí también en autarquía (sistema solar, agua de manantial).
