This finca is located in the Los Angeles town of Hojancha, 5 km from the city of Hojancha in the province of Guanacaste.
We are about 250 m above the level of the nearby Pacific Ocean, which gives the place a freshness that is not found by the sea.

Esta finca está ubicada en el poblado angelino de Hojancha, a 5 km de la ciudad de Hojancha en la provincia de Guanacaste.
Estamos a unos 250 m sobre el nivel del cercano Océano Pacífico, lo que le da al lugar una frescura que no se encuentra en el mar.
En Hojancha encontramos todos los servicios en cuanto a comercios, bancos o servicios sanitarios.
También es la ciudad de Costa Rica que tiene la reputación de ser la más segura y limpia.
Finca de 13 ha de tipología ondulada compuesta por 11,5 ha de teca de 2 años con la particularidad de ser una teca “clonada” permitiendo que la madera crezca mucho más rápido que un árbol “normal”.
